Advance Tee Time Policy

We highly recommend that you use the normal reservation system whereby tee times are given on a first come basis three days in advance.  However, there may be some situations where this is not possible. 

1.  If you have a group of more than 16 people you may qualify as an 'outing'.  Outing fees and restrictions are listed in the "Outing Information" page.

2.  If you have 16 or fewer people in your group you may reserve an advance tee time (in excess of three days) for a scheduling fee of $5 per person (minimum 2 people) .  

•  You must pay the scheduling fee by credit card (MasterCharge or Visa) at the time the reservation is made.  The scheduling fee will "NOT" be refunded under any circumstances, including adverse weather, unless the course is closed.  Any change to the date and time of the reservation must be done at least 5 days in advance or the scheduling fee will be forfeited.

• No weekend or holiday advance tee times will be accepted before 12:00

• No weekday advance tee times will be accepted before 9:00

• Tee times are subject to availability (prescheduled leagues, outings, and tournaments have preference).

• Note:  this fee is for the privilege of booking in advance of the normal 3 day limit.  It will NOT be credited toward your fees once you arrive.  When you arrive you will pay the normal fees for the appropriate time and day. 

Note:  Check the "Schedule of Events" to be sure that your desired date does not conflict with a previously planned tournament or outing.

Note:  Groups of greater than 16 people are "NOT" eligible.  They are considered 'outings' and 'must' follow the Outing guidelines.  "Outings" pay higher rates but receive additional services (such as prepared scorecards, cart signs, scoring of results, on course competitions such as "Closest to the Pin" or "Longest Drive"), and also receive  credit vouchers for food and beverage and pro shop merchandise.
