Norwich Golf Course is a municipal course owned and operated by the City of Norwich.  The city appoints a 'Golf Course Authority' which controls the operation of the golf course.  The Head Golf Professional and Golf Course Superintendent report directly to the Authority.  The Food and Beverage concession ('Caddy Shack Restaurant' and on-course "Gopher Hole" snack bar) is contracted out on a yearly basis.
